Default 347

I have a 302 that is bored .60 over. I would like to stoke it as well. What is involved with that?

Do I just need a new crankshaft, and new connecting rods? Because my pistons already are set up for the .60 over bore.

This just seems way too easy and I feel like Im probably forgetting about a BUNCH of things...

Can someone explain this whole thing to me...

you need to get on jegs or summit racing and look up one of their rotating assemblies.

If your gonna make big power with that don't be surprised if you ventilate that block!

think you have to have the bottom end machined for clearance since you would have more stroke. the journals need to clear the block.

I think it's doable but how much strip time to how much street time are you planning to do?
If it's a strip only car you can pour the block full of cement and not really worry it...
Get block 'sonic tested' at a good machine shop before you make big plans. If block has walls of about .120-.140 you will be okay with cement, MAYBE........

cement? am i the only one that has never heard of this? i realize that track only cars wouldn't require cooling systems, but fill with cement? that'd be heavy as ****
