I am living in VA, and I don't have to pass, but I am moving in june to god knows where and worrying about the same thing.

I'm in the Bay Area not sure how far that is from you. South Bay Area to be exact but um if you need a smog check and your car is moddified. PM me and I can help you out.

I'm also a VA resident and I want to take my smog pump off, but I am not too sure if I would pass because of that. I'm also really worried about my seat belts. I don't have the orignals, instead I have 5 point harnessess.

test with the car hot
