This is what i mean, not to sound like a *****, but get a basic foundation of info and an end goal to work towards and we'd be much better help, rather than us each give random buildups for various uses. jmo, personally Dart 331 Stroker Short Block with AFR 185 heads, GT40 Lower, KB 2.2L Blower w/ meth inject, and T56 tranny... amongst a million other parts to support it all.

I don't expect you all to build it for it me, tell me what parts to get. I want to do this myself and i want to experiment. I just need to know **** first before starting to do it.

If you want to do it prob one of the cheapest ways and keep it reliable. Go with an R351 block, stroke it to a 408 and spray the hell out of it. Im talking 200+ shot. Your big time than

So this is going to be a street car? I agree with posted above and buy a book. There are many great books out there that can be very brief and than buy books that are very detailed. After reading one of them you will understand most basics of building a motor, than work from there.
