I want a cam that has a pretty good idle but still is able to makes some good power i was thinking about the e303 but im not sure and what cam would work the best and what size rockers to go with it

We need more info on your motor. CI, current cam, intake, supporting mods, etc.

yeah id prolly go with a trickflow cam as well to compliment the heads

i got the heads really cheap, they are in perfect condition almost brand new, i got the fenderwall intake, polished cobra intake manifold, 3.55 gears, Zex 75-125 wet. Polished cam shorty heads Mac underdrive pulleys. I have put nothing on the car yet except for the pulleys, and intake. I plan on getting another 5.0 engine to build on this winter nad then just drop it in. So i need some info on a good cam to drop in there and some rockers and lifters to put in. Im pretty new to all of this stuff although I work at my dads auto repair shop, he knows how to swap and change everything but doesnt really know whats best this is the first car i have in which i can really mod the engine. I also have a Lincoln LS thats been in many shows but thats all interior stereo and exterior nothin for the engine. So if you guys could help me out so i can get all the stuff i need and start on the engine. Ive thought about getting the tf stage 1 but didnt think it would be the greatest potential one. Any more input would be great
