Reads like you connected the hood lamp feed wire to the SIGRTN wire in the VIP connector......you may have fried a section of the SIGRTN line in the ECM board...BTSTDTRT......check if by jumping the STI to a good ground, you can run the self-test.

Yeah, I was thinking about doing that. But didn't want to loose codes. But I should do it anyway... I am going to do it now...

If it is blown, I smell MegaSquirt coming...

the orange/black wire is a link between the MAF and EEC, connects them to EEC power relay

If you have an electronics hardware friend, shop, etc....it's a matter of doing some repair work to the PWB line that should be open/burnt...a soldering iron, solder, flux and a piece of 16-18 wire would do....as I said...BTSTDTRT(=Been There Seen That Done That Repaired That) plenty of times.....Good Luck.

Well, I guess my next Big Mod I was going to do this weekend will have to wait... I am going to tackle this tomorrow night... Thanks everyone!
