Just ditch those rotors and buy a 94/95 mustang front brake setup from the spindles out. I had those Mark rotors and had a bearing seize and eat the heck out of the spindle all while driving down the freeway. It was a bad situation. I now have the spindles and brake setup off of a 97 mustang on mine, they say it sticks out 8mm more than the 94/95's but gives you better ackerman steering or some jazz, I don't notice a huge difference on them sticking out tho, but they do. And with those, you can fit whatever wheel you want to on there.

I have the Mark VII swap and havnt had any problems...
Anyways, you dont have a whole lot of choices. You can run any wheel with a traditional centercap.
Like these:
96 Cobra
Waffle stars
91-92 LSC SE wheels (i just refinished this one)
Theres more, but they need a more traditional center cap. There is a way to make some wheels fit, like bullitts, but you may or may not be able to run the center caps on them:
