For my input i would say that you should do exhaust (your choice), gears (3.73s), short throw shifter (i like steeda tri ax or mgw), and cold air intake (brand doesn't matter much)
after those i would look into doing heads cam and intake, which of these you choose all depends on what kind of power your looking for.

sorry to bust ur bubble but ur not gonna get away with the offroad midpipe in CA. unless u plan on swapping it out everytime emissions come around. and dumps are gonna be loud as f*uck lol. but they will sound sexy. where in CA do u live? i live in oakland

i live in the SD area, yeah, now that i think of it, i think my brother doesnt have cats on his H pipe, but he has an X pipe with cats for emmisions. im gonna have to count my losses and go with a catted X, the full bassani is still gonna sound awesome tho

BTW, do you know if the bassani catback comes with turndowns instead of straight tips? thos wont fit worth of **** with the GT bumper, unless i get that xenon rear bumper.

we have strict emmision laws in CT.....so yes i do swap my h-pipe out for the stock cats every 4 years for emmisions.....but it sounds so sweet with mac equal length, offroad h-pipe and flowmaster 3-chambers. i feel its worth it.....

Depending on what kind of driving you like to do and what your long term goals are for the car I would say go with a steeper gear. Anyway, the Cobra rear bumper has cutouts for your exhaust so it looks realy good comming out the back. And the cobra rear looks 1003453485735 x's better than the stocker. My .02.
Also, about the BBK SSI intake, dont do it. There are alot of people on here who have had problems with them and all around they just have a bad reputation. They look good but thats about it. And for the CAI, dont waste your $$. Remove the stock air silencer if its still in there and just replace the filter w/ a K&N. An aftermarket CAI (BBK, MAC, etc.) is just shiny. No real performance improvement to be had. Spend your money elsewhere. Dont forget the free mods like bumping your timing, etc. There are stickies on this in this section.

no, its if you dont pass emmisions, my brothers running an OR x pipe and he passed emmisions fine, and CAI cant be that big of a deal, plus i thought CAI referred to a non stock air filter, my mistake.
