How about some long tube headers to help get the extra exhaust out?

Good plugs, wires, and ignition like MSD.

change to higher flowing heads and intake. Look at Edlebrock, AFR, or TrickFlow. You will also need to get a bigger throttlebody. 70 or 75mm. I would go to 28lb injectors rather than 24's. Add a better cam while you're at it. E303 is good.

Depending on how many miles you have on your short block, you may want to get a cylinder leak down test prior to buying the supercharger. If you have a higher mileage block it would probably be better to get the thing rebuilt first. If you do that, stroke it to a 347, change out the pistons and rods and then add all of the above and you'll have close to 550 HP.

24lb injectors if you plan on making over 300 hp. 30# injectors if you plan on making closer to 400 hp. IF you get too large of an injector for a low hp amount you will get drivability problems. Injectors don't work well below 50% duty cycle - so that means going with 30# injectors on a mild car - even with a good tune - will get poor response etc especially at everyday driving rpms.

also use an intercooler for your supercharger like it was a turbo the a temp going in will be a lot cooler and give you better response a buddy of mine dropped like 80 to 90 degrees on his air going into his intake by adding a intercooler, you may want to even look into getting a tubo instead more efficient but a little more costly

As far as injector sizing... The formula for figuring out what size injectors to use is this:
Multiply the number of injectors by the fuel injector lbs/hr rating, divided by the brake specific fuel consumption. The BSFC is going to be around 0.55-0.65 for supercharged engines. For N/A engines the BSFC is 0.45-0.55. With that formula, you can find out that 24# injectors are good for 349 supercharged hp, 30# are good up to 436 supercharged hp, and 36# are good for up to 523 supercharged hp. I am going to run 36# injectors with my Procharger along with a 255lb/hr fuel pump. The 36 will be overkill for now but the owner of Total Engine Airflow told me he could tune it to the 36's with no problem (he also said that any higher would start to make it difficult). This gives me room later on if I want to install new heads and intake.

Sorry not to answer your original question Evergreen, I would also install an MSD ignition system with Boost retard. A larger MAF and TB would also be a good idea. There are prolly some other things im forgetting but you should be good to go with that stuff.

In the mustang I doubt you'd get over 5psi w/o an intercooler, be it air-air or air-water. Air-air work better @ higher speeds, Air-water work better from takeoff. Air-water are a little more expensive though due to the need of a water pump & water cooler.
