i just finished doing the door to bodies, the hatch, and the window run channels. the hatch was easy, no tools and no molding to remove. the door to body i had to remove some molding. the window run channels were the worst part, door panels had to come off, mirrors off, run channels off...[:@]

i've done sunroofs on other cars before and had to unbolt the front part of the sunroof so i could lift it up. you may be able to squeeze it in but itll be a tight fit and take a while. as far as tools itll be small sockets and mabe a screwdriver.
