i also got my first victims
well, i thought i would do better on my 1/4 mile times but not bad, the fun part was beatting a friends 2006 6L GTO (400hp)
stock tires though.. i took him 3 times in a row going 1/4 at the drags
he was right up my *** . but i got him by 2 car lenths each time or better
best time for the night was 13.55 with best raction time of .011
i also bet my other firends 98 Z05 vette about 4 times he also kept coming back. they just could not beleave my 86 GT was kicking there butts
i only have 500 miles on this motor , so its not even broke in yet and i also have a bad O2 that was causing me to lean out to much so i just unplugged the O2's at the track so i was running way rich, but safe
fresh built 302. .030 over with E303 cam eldbrock heads and intake , 65mm throttle body , 19lb injectors set a 42lbs
mass converted , 373 gears , cat delete , A/C delete , etc
oh ya i had a set of 20$ used slicks ET streets

i seen a few stock vettes ( friend had a tunner on his) that have a hard time getting into the 13 sec class on stock tires
the vette best time after a few runs and getting the handle on not spinning the tires was a 13.7
the gto would not hook up.. wheel hop , etc i would not race these guys on the freeway, but light to light i have taken a few vettes,etc and i had stock tires ( on the street, at the drags this time i had slicks)
