as for Valero i get thier gas all the time cause its one of the only gas stations on my way to work its pretty decent gas, i cant complain too much, a little less power than other gas companies, but not a huge difference
If you were to go out of your way for a specific brand, what would you get?
Vons gas, the one by hwy 168 on fowler and herndon i think. i can feel a huge difference from that gas compared to like a tiny mart or something like that, shell is good too but i dont go there often.

we have a few "full service" around in wisconsin but i like to pump it myself

premium 93 is 3.25-3.50

mostly have mobil, BP, kwik trip, and shell
and they all have 10% ethanol except shell

And the "V-power" shell is the only gas that my 82 suzuki 650 can pick the wheel off the ground in 2nd gear.

weird enough but if you switched gas after each tank consistently only shell v power made the wheel pick up.

so i go there for the 5.0 too.

Valero is the largest oil refiner in the country,

you have been buying their gas for years and just didnt know it.
they just finally got into the gas station business lately

and as said before.

ALL gas is the same, its all made to same standards and all
goes thru same pipelines where it all mizes together.
only differnence is the additives like "techron" bullshyt.

and Shell is not Dutch, its Britsh, just like BP ( Britsh Petroleum )

If your vehicle that your putting E85 in isn't a flex fuel vehicle it'll **** your **** up. How does Conoco and Phillips 66 stack up against the competitors? That's really the only place that I get gas from.

I had always heard the Amaco had the best gas. There aren't any Amaco stations around me, But BP now sells Amaco gasand there is a BP on my way home from town, so I stop there. It is $2.11 right now
