Hey nintey5five0, I have a block off plate I made a few years back, if your egr is the same at mine, you can have it for shipping cost. It isn't made of wood, it is made of 1/2 thick aluminum and is a nice peice. All you will need is a gasket. Just hit me up with a PM if you want it.
