H/C/I or supercharger

RE: H/C/I or supercharger
I'd say go either way, it will be alot more horse power than stock. Hehe. I have the trick flow kit and kinda happy with it, but now I'm looking more. I'm wanting to step up to a 351 after talking with some of the guys in 351 section, but I'll have to see how it goes.

Well H/C/I is a better choice because if you than buy a supercharger you can run more boost and get better performance that way. A supercharger with stock heads is kinda dumb IMO

Of course, I have GT40 heads now anlog with the Explorer intake and Steeda #19 camshaft, but even before all that I got great gains with stock heads.

"Probably a little more HP now due to some minor mods"
Well that would explain that. Haha.
have you got them installed yet?

However, I cannot say that they are installed in my Mustang. They are just sitting in the truck, lol. But it's a start! got them over there in the truck while the car is in the garage being stored for the winter. Haven't had time to even look at it with holiday shopping and work.
Unfortunately, once I get the H/C/I installed, I'm going to have to switch my nitrous from a 100 shot to a 25 shot. I want to keep the HP around the 450 range. It's at 430 now and I imagine the H/C/I will open her right up. So I want to cut back on the nitrous to compensate for the gain.
I know it may sound dumb to want to limit the HP or to add HP just to take it away elsewhere. But I'm fine with 450ish. And With the new setup, I have to rely less on nitrous.

Yeah, I actually pretty sure that's my next major mod. My brakes and suspension are done (panhard bar soon). Next I think I'm going to get that Kennebell blowzilla 2.2l twin screw and then a roll cage.
What are the ups and downsides of a twin-screw compared to a centrifugal? Any takers?
