351 with aluminum heads would be better than a 351 with a cam. I'd do a 351 with heads and later on you can add a cam and intake.

i jsut want somethin that will hit mid 12's and i dont kno if hte explorere motor w/ afrs will do it
i only put the ls1 as a last ditch effort thing
teh cleveland is what i want to do but cant afford the work and parts i need to make it fit in the fox
and i love the 96 cobras they look so nice imo
to correct your statement, it will. do the explorer short blockwith a camshaft innovations cam, afr 165's and all bolt ons and a fully done suspension with aa 75 shot and i bet you can break into the 12/s no problem. if you lighten it i bet you can see 11's.

p.s. if you sell thestang and buy agm producti will loose all respect for you.

not a cleveland the stock heads with a big cam and nitake carb and headers produce 500 hp

relax i dont think i willsell the 4 eye for a gm but i mite sell it for a cobra this is why i am askin

ok, well..either way, dont sell it. you know you will kick yourself in the A$$ everytime you think about it after you sell it.

and buy a 94-95 cobra if you are gonna go sn95. parts are so much cheaper. have you looked at the price for cams for a 4 valve?.. figure a $1,000 bucks or so.. cause you got to buy 4 of them.lol. pluss.. moding the 5.0 is much easier and cheaper.. imagine putting headers on one of those cars?? must be fun. Just my .02.

Um no R.Barn is using a 357 W. Sorry about that, I misread your post and got confused on which motor you were planning on using.

yea but they are pretty fast stock they run mid to high 13's bone stock so thats a plus
and plus i like the mod motor i would just buy it and drive it b/c its so expensive i cant mod it so i wont be able to tempt myself
