Default Exhaust ?'s

I saw an add in the summit mag. for S mufflers, they sound like a good deal ( weight, sound, extra power ) but im pretty skeptical it seems to positive, would i lose to much back pressure ? also i wondered which is better h pipe or x pipe?

They might be a bit loud. They will flow pretty well though. As for the back pressure, it shouldnt be much of a problem. People get crazy when it comes to back pressure. With less backpressure ull free up some top end horsepower and u may lose a ft./lb or 2 of low end torque. These figures will mean nothing to the average street car.
