fuel pump?

what would i have to do to put a mechanical fuel pump in my 1988 5.0L

Are you talking about upgrading thein tank pump to 190 or 255lph or an external inline pump?

im talkin about an external pump, because im going to carb. and i didnt think you can have a in tank fuel pump with carb.
