ok ok i got it now. thanx sorry it took me awhile. the only reason i want to replace the rear tires is cause the passenger side has a ball on it. and the driver side is worn out in the inside. other than that they have plenty of tread left seeing as how i dont race yet or **** the stick burning tire everywhere. thanx guys. and again sorry it took me awhile.

ok well........ when it comes to tires i am totally lost. so forgive me im trying to learn. so you are saying to either go with a 235 or 275 why not a 255?
there is no 255 that runs in the stock diameter. you would need a 255/55/15 and its a size thats just not available

I had BFG's 265/50/15 all around and they fit perfect. They are almost the same height as the stock 225/60/15 so your speedo will not be off.

people have spread rumor of being able to fit a 275/50/15 on stock wheels... i think they are a little too narrow for that size tire. but a 235/60/15 will keep you to stock rolling diameter and also offers a WIDE variety of tires to choose from
Hey, Yeah those 275/50/15 do fit on ten holes. I had some on mine (Bfg DRs). I did have to remove the quad shocks. They looked and worked great for staightline but rubbed slightly during hard cornering. Good job on the sizing math on Dimebags part. (due to your teachings)

i run 275 tires on a 8 inch wheel on my mustang with the quadshocks and they only rub when i take quick turns.

i run 315 DRtires on my 8 inch wheels on my race car.

None at all, the fronts only rubbed the plastic upper portion of the strut, but not enough to require a change. They fit the rims well and looked great.
