what exhaust to get? (only loud when you floor it)
what kind of exhaust setup should i be looking at that is quieter at cruising RPMS, and loud when you really jump on it.....
im gonna get some bbk shorty headers, but i dont know what else to get...
i was looking the SLP LM2 setup but it just seems too loud...
can anyone find an exhaust that im looking for that fits my description

hehe i just had someone tell me the other day that i should put an exhaust on my car (they couldnt notice shiny slash-cut tips out back...). anyway he heard it at idle and told me this. i told him it has one and he continued to tell me it was pathetic (he was driving a firebird that sounded decent).
i just get in and peg it at 6 grand and let it drop down. he just shook his head and walked away.
flowmaster american thunder cat back with stock headers and h-pipe with 4 cats. it has set my friends car alarm off at WOT.

can i use stock H pipe and headers if i wanna buy the american thunders now... i dont really have the money to get bbk shorty's, the american thunder, and a catted h pipe

you want to get a bassani x-pipewith whatever headers you want,then get the SLP LM1, thats what i plan on doing and it won't be that loud anytime
