RE: motor mounts
All you have to do is jack it enough for them to come out. Not to hard of a job if you're somewhat competent. Put a block of wood under the pan so it won't get damaged from the jack.

It is easiest to do the mounts 1 at a time, so you dont have to worry about the engine shifting on you. The best way to go about it is from under the car. The drivers side mount will have to come out from behind the motor. For this I would recommend taking your mid pipe off for room, although you do not need to!
To do the passenger side, you will want to take the mount out towards the front of the motor, so you dont have to worry about the starter being in the way.
I used a few pieces of wood under my crank pulley and used my floor jack to lift the front of the engine when I changed out my mounts!

Adder, I realize that everyone does not have an engine hoist. I was simply telling him the only way I knew how to change the motor mounts. Now, I know of another way, which is good b/c that is why I am here on the forum, to learn as much as I can.

RE: motor mounts
I had to pick one up b/c I was strippping several cars and I didn't want to rent one. It has paid for itself several times over but yea it you don't get the fold up kind they do take up a lot of room.
