what is everyones feelings on the summit racing headers......they are only a hundred bucks....are they good quality....i got christmas $$ lol

Any summit product I have used has done just what it was meant to do. I wouldn't worry too much. If you get them, let us know how they turn out. I personally havn't heard anybody on here say anything about them.

summit doesnt actually make any of their own products... they use someone elses stuff.

For example, Summit upper and lower rear tubular control arms are in fact made by Granatelli!

they are good headers, I baught a set for my 85 gt,they were long tubes,and a pain in the *** to get in on the passenger side.

Are you talking about the long tubes. You have to use a ton of sealant at the slip fit areas so they don't leak. They are really just flowtech headers. I would stay away from them if possible. Then your going to have to get a custom mid pipe made for them.
