Default Capri ?

I love the fox but they are so common nowdays, what do you think of an 86' mercury capri ? A guy in town has one for sale for 2800 is that to much for a 5.0 capri?

Yup, I had an 82. Wish I still did!!

How many miles, what's the interior like, how does it run? Need a lil more info.

Its the average price for a car at 2800 a little rough but a good project, it runs strong, like 107,000, is what the guy claims but i didnt check

2800 should get you a pretty decent capri. They really aren't worth that much. I've always like them and they are definitly different looking. If its in pretty decent condition I would pick it up.

I had an 82 and also wish I still had it If you buy the 86, put an 82 hatch and tail light assemblies on it - get rid of that hideous rear end "bubble" [:'(]

The front clip off of a capri would sick on a notch or hatch. I have always liked the capri, 'cept that ugly bubble hatch!
