Default gas tank emergency!!!

im dropping my gas tank tomarrow and i was wondering if you need to unbolt the 4 bolts near the neck of the tank......right where you add the gas, it doesnt look like it will slide out.....another thing....i need to fix my baffle. i was wondering if JB weld could be used or if it would hurt the engine or something else.

i really need information please

thanks

you do not need to unbolt the filler neck, the tank will slide off it towards the drivers side of the car. simply unbolt the straps.

As far as the baffle goes... When the baffle breaks loose. Its time for a new tank. you CANT fix it

there is also one bolt at bottom of filler neck that needs to be removed. it's attached to a strap that goes around filler neck.

agreed on the baffle. no fixing that.
