Convertables give me headaches when the top is down. Also Id rather go fast without the chance of the roof coming off or ripping.
As for the automatic, I dont care either way. Ive got a ratchet shifter and should have my shift kit in within a week so it will be fine.

verts are heavy, auto's eat up too much power and aren't as fun to drive.

I Love my Cov. and I alot of people on here love theirs as well. I still want a coupe too, I like having a varitty. As far a automatics go, bone stock GTs with autos are some what boring to drive, there for not many people care to have them. Now if you are sporting some horsepower and a good setup auto then that changes everthing.

Not many ppl bag on my vert. Right now I am searching for a C-4 to replace my T-5, so I canput a shift kit, manual valve body, and transbrake on her.
Yes the verts are heavy, and it takes some stuff to stiffen the chassis....but it can be done.
The only draw back to a vert is the top.....once it tears and get holes in it.... You could easily spend a grand replacing it. I could pick up a rolling chassis NOTCH for a grand.
So that is what I am doing...........
