I'm no expert like some of the guys on this site, but I just got 4.10's put on my 92 and the difference over the stock gears that were in the car (either they were 2.73's or 3.05's....not sure) is insane. First gear is so fast you barely realize it and then the power in second and third is insane. This is my second day with the car and I want to walk everyone, and it feels like I am much faster (with the same HP). H/C/I is next.

what kind of axles do you have? while you have it apart id suggest beafing up the whole rear end. I have a set of moser 31 spline C clip axles and an Eaton Posi for my car. Just a heads up so your better safe than sorry, and dont have to worry later down the road.

yep, already been covered, 31 splines and auburn posi and a very nice cover too, my buddy who i bought the car from already made the mods. I was curious though how many hp's 31 splines will hold up to. I use to be into 4x4's and 35 splines were usually theworry free way to go, so any info would be great.

ive seen 5 speed cars go low 11s on them with no problems launching off the limiter. im sure they can handle more power than that even. you should be good.
