Dunno about Carbon Fiber, but www.50resto.com sells a FIBERGLASS rear hatch, and doors

There are several carbon-fiber hatches on the market, I've seen one hanging on the wall at Jeg's in Columbus, OH, mail order to the rest of the World.
Sorry, didn't notice the brand name, got sticker shock from the price tag.
Beleive it or not it would be a waste of money to install a carbon fiber hatch on a street driven car. The part isn't designed for the daily bumps and grind of highway use.

you might try www.cervinis.com for fiberglass hatches. also www.eHarwood.com for fiberglass with lexan window.
