While replacing my water neck I ran into an issue. The main radiator hose is fine, but there is an additional hpsemount on the left. In the water neck I took off it was sealed up. Does this connect to the air con? Mine is missing and I would like thoughts on how to plug/runa hose with a plug?

little curve shaped thing the t-stat sits in. right ontop of the water pump

above the water pump.. its actually part of the lower intake manifold

It was for the heater, something I do not need on Guam. Lol

That little hose is the bypass hose. It goes from the water pump to the t-stat housing. Also it IS neccessary. If not you will have coolant everywhere. Thats the spot where the chrome Ford Racing goosenecks leak.
