Default looming smoke from exhaust?

im puzzled, im getting looming smoke from exhaust i guess but its hard to say because i have turndowns and its only after motor has been under a load and i downshift. not at idle or rev up or crank up. someone said it could be pcv valve bad. im thinking maybe worn rings but im not really burning that much oil. my t-5 is slinging oil, maybe this could be it burning on the exhaust. any help would be great

VALVE SEALS! hard down shifts are hard on the exhaust valves too

depends on how much smoke/oil consumption you have?...leak downtest wouldn't hurt either

no it's when you put pressure in a cylinder and watch a gauge to see if it bleeds off...

the pcv could be bad also...

thats what ive been trying to get out of someone on here, my pcv hose collapses when i rev her up , ya know when intake is pulling hard, so this could be the problem then right.
