4 Banger!
I just talked to the guy, 2 days ago,that i bought my car from and found out that my car is a 4 banger body. I bought the car thinking that it was a 90' LX and its actually a 93 4 banger body thats been converted to a 5.0 I didnt ever think much of it, but i have had a few people ask me if it was a 4 banger body, but hell shows that i sure didnt know. The kid had built the car himself, doing all the work, which is a ****load,\ i think. I guess this explains why its a 93 speed density system, the guy said he got it to run better without a MAF sensor. I also found out the the Cobra intake is ported also. The engine had 30,000 miles on it when he built it and put it in the car, Body had 66,000 on it when he did this work, cluster panels have been put it from a V8, so i dont really know the mileage now.

insurance will be for a 4banger..ya wont get a v8 ins...with right vin#..id tell him give money back or take to court that is deceitfull sales...he should have told you that..butthats somthing folks live and learn..shoulda ran #s..first..you will win im court..

private sale...buyer beware....unless the guy is an auto mechanic or dealer you probably don't have a leg to stand on going to court.
no big deal that it was a 4 banger...way less stress on the body than if it had of been an original 5.0. many people in this forum have converted their cars over.

No, the title says its a 90 but the car(body) is a 93. Im very pleasd with the car and all the bolt onts the guy has done, its nothing bad thats its a 4 banger body, its lighter so im not complaining. And like ya say the computer and all, i dont know whqt year that acually is I think it is outta a 88, Its a A9L. everything works good on the car, its runs great with the speed density system.

I have no clue why its doesnt match. I know the kid said the body's a 93, the motor's outta a 88, but i haven't a clue on why the title is a 90, i dont know how he got it like that, but its legal so what the hell. As for the insurance im pretty sure its for a V8, but im just assuming b/c the title says that.
Is it possible that the title what just made up, or something along the lines of that?
