I have one in my 87 GT, it is low fuel, low coolant, low oil and check engine(which never came on btw). all mine worked except the check engine. some poeple take theres out I have seen. must be like all those above me without anything behind it. Only 87-89's had em. 90 up switched to inthe instrument cluster

That pic makes me wish I had the tan interior. I've neverseen that before. I've only ever seen black, white,red and grey... is there another one I don't know about??lol

I have the same thing on my 88 GT and it shows check oil,low coolant, lowfuel, washer fluid... and i bealive that the only models that dont have are the ones with air bags....that my guess because i had a 90 LX and it did not have it....but i might be wrong..

well I have an 89LX and it has the black lens with the symbals in it but there are no lights behind it to light them up so and the same for my other 2 friends with pre '90 LX's so the conclusion is that only the GT's had functional lights there
