Default clutch fan rubbing shroud

ok so i had the hood open yesterday just to do a routine check and whatnot and i never really noticed, but the plastic clutch fan has worn down at some point from rubbing on the shroud, now i know this has been happening over time, but i guess i just never really looked. my question is what would cause this to happen. is it time for new motor mounts or something?

+1
With the hood up and emergency brake on, or wheels blocked, put in gear and load the motor. Have a friend see if the motor rotates excessively or youfeel the motor bounce once you let of the gas quickly.
Does the motor bounce

exactly what I was thinking! [8D], be sure to get stock height mounts, some of the poly ones raise the motor.
