for my birthday i got 250 to spend on my car and i cant decide what to spend it on
i have an 87 lx, full exhaust, CAI, upper/lower control arms and KYBs in the rear, 373s, and subframe connectors
im debating on what to spend this on maybe convert over to mass air or some GT40s or something. id appreciate any suggestions

Mass air is a little more than 250, But you it would be a great upgrade(if you plan on getting a cam) But for power now i would go maybe underdrives and cold air induction, or maybe a t-body.

damn posts like this should become asticky, but whatu should do is start saving and get a job( if u dont have one) if so wait a couple months and then get more cash and spend it on a cam and intake and heads, but for now 250 wont buy u much just wait to save and do it all at once, its easier more cost friendly and u will thank urself u did

yea and no, the stock g40's wont see more than a15-20 whp gain unless u port them, if u port them out and put them on u could see upwards of 50 whp just from heads

stick
and i forgot i already have ud pullies and a cold air intake
would it be worth it to put gt40 heads on my engine without chaing it to mass air first?
