Default How much horse power is lost going from 10W-30 to 10W-40?

People have said you can lose power going to a thicker oil. I usually run 10W-40 in my cars that are over 75,000 miles. Back in the old days, that was a common practice. So just give me your best guess, I'm thinking 10 hp at the most, what do you say?

I don't think it does anything.

Last time I was on the dyno it was around a hundred at the wheels.

Honestly it won't be anything you'll notice.

You have to resize it on your computer, then upload it again...smaller.

Here you go Twister:

Anyway, I don't think you'd see any difference in power between the two oils.
