I bought a 94 with 141k miles... its got 157 now

just remember... mustangs are one of the easiest and cheapest cars to fix/modify.

Just make sure its not leaking anything excessively, or smoking alot.... take a good listen to the motor, make sure the tranny shifts smooth... just get a feel for the car

How much is he asking?
If it's clean it is worth doing a engine rebuild anyway and a tranny rebuild

I don't know how you can tell what parts have been replaced, but if the car is in good shape (and you'll have to verify that, yourself), it's fine to buy a 5.0 with that many miles...depending on the price.
