Eliminated AC, SMOG PUMP, &Tensioner!
Here you are gang!
1. removed the Belt Tensioner, Smog Pump and AC Compressor.
2. LOOSENED all waterpump pullie bolts (leave fan alone)and slipped on a valucraft 695k6 belt -alternator pullie last.( jam a screwdiver to keep the blade still)
3.As you see, by loosening the waterpump bolts as far out as they will go you take tension off the belt, I barely got the belt on with help of wd-40.
4. I tightened all four waterpump pullie bolts, that gave me the correct tension on the belt and freed up alot of ponies.
I have underdrive pullies,
NO SLIPPING OR ERROR OF ANY SORT ALL THE TO 90MPH[8D],
this is the adjustable alternator bracket I have incase it decides to lose tension after so long cost $50

old school method,
loosen up the pullies(or pulley) slip a belt on the fits snug,
then tighten all the pullies(or pulley) to put even more tension on the belt
