Default Is this right???

Doing an AOD to T-5 swap in a fox body. Do you guys with T-5's have this orange rubber block thing? And is the cross member in this picture installedcorrectly? The AOD had the cross member installed opposite of the one pictured(where the orange thing is sittingthat's thebottom of the cross member for the AOD).

If anybody has or could take a picture ofyour factory setup that would be very helpful.

That's what I thought. It was a random picture found on the net but atleast it steered me in the right direction with the rubber mount thing.

So for the T-5 doneedone of those orange rubber blocks? What's it called - where can I get one if so?

Thanks

That "orange rubber block" is the transmission mount. That particular one is an aftermarket piece by a company called Prothane

Thats too funny. Suprised it even bolted to the frame support. And I'd LOVE to see how they plan to get a bolt on H/X pipe through the "humps" [8D]

yeah but if you look at the trans mount it's molded to fit the crossmember. whats up with that? maybe they just cut a chunk out of the bushing.

No, look at my pic...it's the same way. It just tapers down at the bolt holes for the x-member.
