Is the 5.0 the type of car where as soon as you sell yours you miss it and you want another one? The reason I ask is that I drove SHOs around for awhile and I always got attached to them. Now I'm selling my Stang and I was wondering if you guys had similar experiences.. I have a feeling I'm going to buy another one in a few years.. that torque is so addictive!

yup, bought my first Fox 5.0 in 98' and was forced to sell it 2 years later.

Ever since that day I was always just waiting to save up to buy another. Which I did.

Trust me. It's not by choice, the fox is the best car I've owned. This sucks, I have to go from driving the car in my sig to some crappy early 90's Accord w/200K Yay college

I can relate... I actually went from my old 5.0 to a rusted out accord...

Start saving now, and when you're out of college go buy another.

this is my second car and its my second mustang. i cant see myself owning anything other than a mustang in the near future.

oh and just because you're going to college it doesnt mean that you have to get rid of the stang. im a sophomore and i havent had any problems with the two that i've owned.

It's not a question of reliability, I won't be able to afford the gas/insurance and there's no way I'm parking it in a campus lot after what happened to my brother's Camaro while he went to college. Someone broke in and took his entire stereo system and tore apart the dash- this happened twice! I can just picture my '92 on cinder blocks with the wheels/stereo gone []We're running out of garage space at my house so I can't store it there [&o]
