if the input shaft on the tranny got jammed into the motor not perfectly strait it could have ruined the bearing.

i would hope soo take it in tell them that it doesnt feel right that somethings wrong they should take care of it

so since a shop installed it the labor should be under shop warranty since i got it installed today right

I'd take it right back. Hell, I'd call the place and recommend having it towed back at their expense. If you didn't do the work, then why would you have to fix someone else's mess up. The person who did the clutch on my car messed it up, and now it chirps all the time unless the clutch is pushed in. But it wasn't a shop that did mine. He offerd to help me drop the transmission and fix it. I just figure if I'm going back in that transmission again, I'm going to replace that clutch with a performance one rather than the stock oem one.
