Default which mounts?

Ok my 306 short block is finaly a complete motor now i forgot to get motor mounts should i get poly urethene i can't spell or soild?

I use solid but ive been told poly is best for street apps and solid for racing.

My car is a DD and i have no problems i think it has something to do with solids making it a rougher ride or some crap but i have no problems so maybe its a personal opp thing.

I would go poly

solids are supposed to be kinda rough on everything

some good new convert. stock mounts would probably be ok too.
they're a little beefer than regualr stock mounts

Barn correct me if im wrong but i was told that poly's wear out faster then solids of course i know this would take prob years to do but i was just wondering about that?

^^^^^ i beg to differ. I went with poly trans mounts for more give but rough ride hell all mustangs ride rough so thats no big deal.
