sounds like the cam was installed wrong. first thing id do is pull the timing chaincover and take a look

First off, your lift is .529.

Scenario 1: I hope you clayed it up b/c AFR's are "iffy" at that level of lift as far as piston to valve clearance is concerned. I ran my E cam w/ 1.72's, but it was on ported E7's w/ stock valves. I would remove the rockers and do a compression test as someone suggested. If you still don't have compression, you may have bent a valve [or several[]].

Scenario 2: Are you sure you tightened the rockers correctly? If you didn't, they could also be keeping the valves open, thus no compression.....

Other than that, double check your intake to make sure the lower is mated to the heads correctly and the U and L are mated correctly (i.e. flush, w/ no gaps or incorrect fitment).

there is 0 compression in any cylinder no matter what so the cam must be in wrong.

Is it a new motor? Just curious....

I could definitely be mistaken, but I don't think the cam being in wrong would cause 0 compression in all cylinders. The valves wouldn't open at the correct time, but they would still open and close......

it creates vaccum instead of compression, the motor has like 100k on it.

That means your valves are closed on the intake stroke. You didn't time this thing 180 out did you? The dots should touch one another, not both be pointing up.....

very simple

did you install the camshaft dot at 6 o clock

and the crankshaft at 12 o clock, . with no compression, thats a serious issue that requires your attention
