I am looking for some possible combos to get my 91gt into low 12s possibly high 11s. I planned on using a trickflow intake manifold -- thumper e7 heads - 1.7 rr - not sure of what cam to use - and possibly using a 100 shot and 3.73 gears . any help will be apreciated and i have to be able to get this thing through inspection. thank you for takin a look and helping.

With the parts you listed id probly use the TFS 1 cam. You could do low 12/high elevens with the parts you listed plus DR's or slicks and a good suspension setup. Is this the setup that you are set on or were you asking for other suggestions? As for inspection do u mean emissions? If so then just use catted mid pipe and you should be alright depending on where u live and how tough they are there.

Is this going to be a daily driver? If is isn't then take a look at my combo. I have a heavy car and do it with out nitrous. There is nothing wrong with spray at all, I used to use it. The reason I asked if it would be a daily driver is ease of driving. My car is a blast to drive, sometimes it can be a pain. I'm to tight to have a chip burned so it idles funny sometimes and it doesn't pull off as nice as it did when I had a smaller cam in it. If your ride will be a daily driver then stick with the spray and opt for a mild cam to help drivability. Also the only change I wouldmake is to get aftermarket heads, there is nothing wrong with those heads but for a little more money aluminum aftermarket heads would have more power.

yea its going to be a daily driver. i had to buy my inspection stickers since i started owning mustangs but eventually i am actually gonna have to go through dmv.for suspension i was tryin to go with a nice lowered look. i wont be going to the track all the time maybe like once a month.if there are other suggestions on setups to use im open but i was tryin to go with the more factory look.

if it were me..i would go to the holly systemax kit. it comes with everything you would need to launch you into the 11s. intake, heads, cam, double roller timeing chain, and rr. with your nitrous you could easily get to the 11s.

are u doing this on a budget cause if i were u i would go with a bigger cam, since u are buying ur stickers u dont have to worry about emmissions, i may have misunderstood, so if i were u i would hit up the trick flow stage 2 or an x cam, with ur heads with that combo u would have to be 1.6 rockers then go with a holley intake and some thumper gt40s off an explorer, and with the 100 shot u would be in mid 11's all day
