c4 top speed?

going to get H/C/I but want to put in a built c4 with 2800-3000 stall. the c4 only has 3 speeds so what would that 3rd gear max out at (mph) with 3.73 gears. also what would I run in the 1/4 mile. my car is droped like 1.5 inches with kyb sgx's.
