1st run at track and picture
hey guys, i finally ran this car for the first time, a 2.4 60' with a 14.3@100. i have bald tires on the back and this was my first time launching this car, im used to my 2001. i have my DR on the way for next week, one run and then we got rained out. im hoping after i get my tires and shocks done with getting good launches and 60s i shoulud be hitting 13s. heres a crappy pic of her, 88 with 42,000 original miles. also, i was gonna see if any other of you guys on here have the beige color with the peanut butter looking interior, i have yet to find another one. and was curious about it, i wasnt fond of it at first, but thenm it grew on me. eden

is that an original tropical yellow car ? check the color code in the door.....code 66
if your familiar w/ lidio iacobelli , who owns alternantive performance, he has an '88 like that. on eof the first guys back in the day to go 10's and street/smog legal

That mph is good for high 13's. Throwsome slicks on her and you could run mid to low 13's.
A friend put on a set of slicks on his notch with nothing more then exhaust, gears,air filter, short belt and some timing and ripped off a 12.99, launching it off the factory rev limiter. LOL!

yeah, my motor is stock. i have bbk shorties, h pipe, flowmasters, and a 4.10 and on slicks it went 13.89 launching at about 2500 because i had a broken wheel stud in the back, and 3 lugs wasnt cool. but now that i have my new axles im hoping to shave a few 10ths launching on the limiter.
