You may have smoked a clutch...but check your oil to be safe.(head gasket many times dumps water in the oil)

is it a hose maybe, ok if your looking at your motor from the front of car facing the windshield, is it lower left, top left , center , lower right or what. WHERE THE *** IS IT COMING FROM????

donuts are not exactly the greatest thing for your car... like said above there is a pretty good chance you screwed up the power steering pump, or your rack and pinon as well.
