im lookn for control arms still. and Theres some lakewoods lift bars for like 75bucks. and i also need tourqe box's.. what kinda box's should i get... and are lift bars any good?

I have the southside machine bars, basically the same thing as lakewoods. They work great IMO. Get a the battle boxes from wildridesracecars.com and weld them in. you should be set. thats a great price on those lift bars by the way.

i had the traction action lift bars on my 95 and i loved them i could tell a difference as soon as i bolted them on

Excuse me for not knowing much about suspension, but do the bars actually lift the rear of the car? If so how much? I think it looks badass when foxbodys sit higher in the back.
