Well i am looking at getting a nitrous setup sometime until now and summer and i was needing a little bit of information about the specs i should run with in a crate 302 with a few boltons such as cold air intake, cobra intake upper/lower, and shorty headers with an xpipe. ive never dealt with nitrous but always loved the look, feel, and especially sitting at a red light with a blow off spray.(my buddies honda had that and it was a head turner)im not wanting a whole lotta power from spray just enough to be able to pull away in a drag and let my motor do the rest. "dont wanna blow anything or have to do any expensive motor mods" any suggestions? how expensive is it to install?

It costs nothing to install if you do it yourself If I were you, I would go over into the pipes, boost & juice section and talk to some guys over there. There are alot of knowledgeable people who should be able to help you out with no problem. Or PM Full Auto and he should be able to help you out with whatever you need and he is also a dealer for NX so he should be able to hook you up with a decent price.

 

make sure ya retard ya timing they say 3-4* per 50 hp of shot....and they really after ya do one are not hard at alll....read up on it...there are book for it at hastings to learn and read on it...and NOS,EDLBROCK,ZEX all are good and offer knowledge on hook upsand installation...
