Default 1990 roller motor question?

I have a lead on a low milage stock1990 roller motor. This may sound like a dumb question, but what makes this a roller motor? I am guessing it has roller tip liftersand maybe roller rockers? but what else? I am told it is a stock motor, no mods, does anyone know what the hp out-put of this motor is and is it a better buit motor than my stock 89 5.0? Thanks for the help.
