Default Where is Your MSD Box Mounted

I need to mount my MSD 6AL but here is the problem...

1. I dont want to put the battery in the back/hatch
2. The Methanol Injection is going where the intake used to be on the passenger side fender so it cant go there either

I tried mounting it under the battery on the frame rail, but it hits the shroud/overflow tank when that is put in...

don't put it near any stereo equipment/wiring if you ever want to hear anything but your audible tachometer again.....

Hey 88blackgt

Where did you run the battery cables thru the car/firewall or under?

Did you run the MSD wires that go to the battery in the back as well?

Thanks

I mounted mine where the original duraspark ignition module was mounted in front of the driver side strut tower.
-P.
PS: Mine the motorsport MSD version so my box is smaller and its a direct swap.

Why dont you want to mount your battery in the trunk?

1) It will look 10x's cleaner
2) Better weight distribution
3) It will free up room for your MSD Box.

Im not sure how everyone else ran theirs but my starter soleniod is inside my fender so I ran the cable from

Under the fender
Through a grommet hole inside the firewall around the door area
Through the door sill
Under the carpet
Around the rear seats
Around the back of the rear seats
Cut slice in carpet and pulled through battery box.
