Default Traction Bars.......Control Arms....???

I'm pretty knoweldgable when it comes to Mustang's, but suspension is not my thing...

Will traction bars benefit me in the same way control arms will?

Do these actually lift the rear of the car? and if so, how much? Thanks

similiar.. they were mostly used on leafspring setups. you don't really need them on a four link. I can't see that kit really helping you.

Ok now do upper control arms raise the back of car? I always see Stangs that sit really high in the rear and it looks sick with big slicks.

If you get adjustable control arms you can adjust the ride hight, yes

Actually those will lift the rear. They are really just a control arm with an adjustable bracket to lift the rear end. Lakewood just got fancy and called it a traction bar because it provides greater traction.

I'm running the New Ford Motorsports lower control arms (pretty much a copy of the JR megabites). They can raise and lower the car on a few diff. settings. My 60 fts before were in the low 1.8 to high 1.7 range. After they are in the mid to low 1.7 range with a best of 1.63 so far.
