MT's are good on rain tho are they???.... and he asked about be able to drive in a light rain... are nittos like a dd drag radial... i know sounds funny but from what ive heard they sounds like a good daily drive drag radial... they dont wear as fast but they are total performacne either had ok in rain or snow and dont cost all taht much... just my .02 sry if it seems dumb

oh yea i see what u mean about that.. i was lookin at the bfg kdw 2 on tire rack... do u know if we(sn95) can tuck 275 in front... for 18 i can get a 295... they dont make bigger than taht tho for the rear... im throwning then on chrome 18 saleens.... staggered of course

EDIT: since im staggering do u think 255 would look better in the front with a 18x9 rim?
usually for the front people do 255/40-18 or more commonly 265//35-18, but the 265s are a good deal more expensive usually. I plan on doing the 255s, they also give a lil extra sidewall for all the GD potholes around here.

and if you're gonna be doing a lot of street driving, I'd highly suggest the Nittos just for the tread life alone, plus they will be better in the rain than MT or BFG.

I wouldnt plan on doing a lot of driving in the rain with drag radials, especially on the highway or if your running a posi with any power. dangerous.

i have 94 gt withsaleenwheels fronts are 245/40/18 nittos and on the rear 295/35/18 bfg comp ta they go up in smoke way to easy and they suck in the rain
