Boring out EGR spacer?

Boring out EGR spacer?

It's gonna be expensive to delete all of the EGR stuff, but the spacer is still a lot smaller than my tb/intake. I've heard that boring it out to 70mm is possible, anyone have any recommendations on how to do this/what to use?
